FLIPKART: How to file an SPF claim



In this video you can learn how to file and track the status of an SPF claim by using a self serve ticket through the seller portal.




The Seller Protection Fund protects  sellers from fraud and foul play committed by buyers. Sellers can seek  compensation  under this fund, when they are not at fault. 

This tutorial is a step-by-step guide on how to create an SPF claim on your Seller Dashboard in 4 simple steps! 

  1. Click on 'Contact Seller Support' at the  top right hand corner of the page. This will take you to the ‘Seller Support Ticket Dashboard’ page.
  2. Click on 'Create Ticket'.
  3. On the ‘Create Support Ticket’ page, select Issue Type as 'SPF Claims' from the drop down menu.
  4. Enter other details and click on ‘Submit’.
